Claims for missing items must be reported within 7 days.

 All returns must have previous authorization and be accompanied by an RA #. 

 A restocking fee may apply, especially on special order items.

Modebeads will accept returns of eligible products up to 30 days after purchase. Eligible products received for return within 30 days of purchase will be credited back in the original form of payment, or can be processed as a store credit at Modebeads. We reserve the right not to accept a return received after 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns on:

• Beadalon products
• Pre-Packaged items that were opened or damaged
• Closeouts
• Discontinued items
• Custom made items

All returns must be returned in their original form of packaging and in the same condition they were received. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from a return sent in inadequate or shoddy packaging.

How to Return: All returns need an RA number prior to shipping. Please email or call customer service to receive an RA number . Once your RA number has been provided, please package your items well and seal your box carefully. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip. Mark the RA number on the packing slip as well as on the outside of the box.

Returns will be processed as soon as they are received. Credits to the original form of payment will be issued right away, but can take up to 10 days for you to see it on your bank statement, depending on which institution you bank with.
